I had a pleasant stay overall, thanks to the comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but there were definitely a few hiccups. The room was clean and had good amenities, but the air conditioning was a bit underwhelming, making the nights a tad stuffy. Plus, the heating system didn't quite keep up during the cold spell, which was a bit of a bummer.

My room was clean and spacious, had what I needed like an ironing board. However, I dealt with some issues regarding the air conditioning. The unit wasn’t effective, leaving the room overly warm at times. I also found the decor a bit dated, but it was generally okay for a business trip.

However, my check-in experience could've been better—initially, they assigned me to a ground floor room when I requested higher up, and the reception staff wasn’t very flexible about it.

I recently stayed at Delta Hotels By Marriott Santa Clara Silicon Valley for a business trip and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel is clean, well-designed, and conveniently located near the San Jose airport and major freeways. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early after my long flight. However, I did find that some noise from nearby HVAC systems and airplane traffic could be a bit disruptive, especially for light sleepers like me.

The noise from outside was disruptive, and the lack of an elevator made lugging my bags upstairs frustrating.
